What kind of basic training do auditors receive? How has the proportion of women changed over the years? And how does the ACA promote gender equality and equal treatment?

These are the topics covered in the episode "ACA x 10": Chapter 3 - Working at the Austrian Court of Audit" released today. In addition to ACA President Margit Kraker, the episode also features contributions from numerous members of staff.

Asked about the competencies auditors need, the ACA president noted: “For me, it is very important that they have the right personal qualities and that an auditor is balanced and even-handed. And, of course, an auditor must have strong analytical skills.”

Margit Kraker has been serving as the president of the ACA since 1 July 2016. To mark its tenth anniversary, the ACA is publishing a special edition of Trust: The ACA Podcast dedicated to the theme “ACA x 10”.
